Bittersweet Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Learn some tips and tricks to turn your favorite berry into a bite-sized chocolate paradise. Avoid the mess and hassle with just a few simple steps!

Ingredients
2 Cups Bittersweet Chocolate chips
Good quality, don't skimp here.
When using a higher coco chocolate add 2 Tbl. of extra butter
¾ Cup Salted Butter
2 Pounds of large beautiful Strawberries
Cooking Directions
Brush your strawberries gently with a brush, or pastry brush to get all of the dirt off. You can wash your strawberries, but remember to dry them well or the chocolate will not set.
In a glass or plastic bowl add the chocolate chips and all the butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute intervals, stirring in between with a wooden spoon. Usually it takes about 2-3 minutes to get the chocolate ready, soft, glossy and smooth.
Holding the stems, dip your strawberries 2/3 of the way towards the stem. Place on parchment paper or well oiled tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve & Enjoy.

*Remember to always make more than you need for all the cooks to sample, or you will not have enough.
